- Organize and monitor the delivery of products
- Goods transport management
- Import/export logistic operations and keeping the relation with customs
- Preparing delivery notes and outgoing invoices in SAP in a timely manner
- Close co operation with persons on similar position within the company
- Seeds demand planning used for experimental purposes
- Preparing the monthly internal reports regarding incoming and outgoing goods
- Keeping management informed of inventory management and control in good time.
- Stock insurance management
- Managing seeds sampling and keeping the relation with agricultural authorities, together with the Logistics Manager
- Observation of stock germinations/quality and reporting if unusual changes occurred

Cerinte post:

- University degree in finance, transportation or any relevant field
- 6 months/1 year experience in Logistic is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Excellent Computer skills: Excel, Word, SAP is an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Analytical and structured, Self confident
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
